Monday, September 21, 2015. Aunt Karen says I need to update the blog. So here you go Aunt Karen, this is for you! Sorry it took a month, but better late than never. Our day trip to Lagoon was lots of fun. I wish I would have taken more pictures though. We missed the exit on our way there, like we do every year. The weather was nice, not to hot or cold. It was crowded but not so much that we had to wait forever in the lines. Jack entertaining us on the ride there.

When we got married I thought the feeling of always wanting to be with him would eventually start to wear off but man was I wrong! Another great bonus is I got to sleep, a lot. I had no idea how tired I was! My body was loving the extra rest. It will be very busy but very great and I am excited about being able to mix in a lot of fun stuff with work.

Friday, January 6, 2017. He had volunteered me to teach women to sew, but after my first trip, I was much less apprehensive about going. I gathered a team of wonderful seamstresses and we had worked hard raising money, collecting donations, and preparing to help set up this program. Little did we know how things would pan out.
